The service and your account
Nett is a personal-use tool for adults. By creating an account you accept these terms. The operator is Jose Antonio Neto Suárez; you can contact them at hello@utropia.es.
The service is currently free. If paid features are offered in the future, their prices and terms will be communicated before you purchase them; creating an account does not authorize any charge.
You must provide a valid email, protect your credentials and tell us if you detect unauthorized access. You can enable two-factor authentication or passkeys in settings.
Your data and permitted use
Only enter information you are legally entitled to use. You are responsible for checking the balances, dates, quantities, ownership percentages and trusted contacts you provide.
You may not access other people's accounts, attempt to bypass security measures, submit unlawful content or interfere with the service. We may restrict or suspend an account in response to a breach or security risk, providing notice when possible.
Prices, calculations and projections
Prices and exchange rates come from external sources and may be delayed, incorrect or unavailable. Check the source data before making decisions.
Projections are simulations based on your assumptions. They do not predict outcomes or guarantee returns. The service does not replace professional advice or your original statements and documents.
The Legacy feature
If you enable Legacy, you authorize alerts and read-only access for your chosen trusted contacts when the configured inactivity periods are met. Inform those people and check their addresses and the instructions you share.
Inactivity does not establish death or incapacity. Legacy is not a will, a power of attorney or a legal custody service, and it does not grant operational access to your banks. Delivery depends on email and service availability.
Availability and liability
The service is evolving and may change, require maintenance or experience interruptions. Keep your original documents and your own copy of any information you need.
We are liable as required by applicable law. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded or restrict mandatory consumer rights.
Closing your account and changes to the terms
You can delete your account in Settings › Profile or ask for help by email. The privacy policy explains how data is handled after account closure.
We will publish changes here and communicate significant changes affecting your account before they take effect. You may close your account if you do not wish to continue.
Governing law and contact
Spanish law applies, without prejudice to mandatory protections in your country of residence. Disputes will be heard by the legally competent courts, including those of the consumer's place of residence where applicable.
