When to choose Nett, and when not to
Nett fits if you want to see your whole net worth, home and mortgage included, without handing your login to anyone, with European funds, crypto and gold valued every night, and with a plan so your family knows what there is if you're gone. It's free, in English and Spanish.
It's not for you if you want everything to update by itself, bank accounts included, if you want to track spending, or if you'd rather have a native app from the app store. In those cases, look at Kubera, Finary or Fintonic, depending on what you need.

Frequently asked questions
Which app can I use to track my net worth without connecting my bank?
Among the free ones available in Spanish: Nett, Neto (more focused on spending) and Ghostfolio (more focused on investments). Kubera, Finary and Getquin let you skip connecting your bank, but their strength is automatic connection.
Is there an alternative to Fintonic without handing over my login?
It depends on what you use Fintonic for. If it's to see your spending, a manual spending app such as Neto, or a spreadsheet. If what you want is to know how much you have in total, with investments, property and debts, Nett.
Is it safe to connect my bank to an app?
Connections in regulated apps are read-only and go through authorised aggregators. Even so, you share access to your transactions with third parties, and the connections often break. Connecting nothing is the option with the least exposure.
